If this is the first time you have sold a home, keep in mind that I work on contingency. I only get paid when your home sells, so there is no risk or cost to you.

To get started, I recommend we schedule a Personal Consultation. I will come to your home, do a customer market analysis (CMA) of your property, answer all your questions, make recommendations and give you my professional opinion as to how much your home may sell for plus how long that may take.  I will be truthful and committed to selling your house to the best of my ability.

If you plan to purchase another home in Decatur or North Alabama, we can talk about that too.  There are significant advantages to having me help you with both property transactions.

The consultation gives us both the opportunity to get to know each another and to make sure there’s a good fit. You will learn how I work, how I market and sell homes, and how I meet my customer’s needs.

After the consultation, although most people are eager to get started with me as their agent, there’s no obligation. We will use this time to get acquainted by only meeting.  You can then decide if you want to hire me to sell your home.
